Dr. Melanie McKee is an experienced operations manager offering project management Six Sigma expertise in the fields of technology, manufacturing, and distribution.
She directed over 25 front-line supervisors and a staff of around 2500 -5000 diverse, multicultural employees supporting a $1 billion business with a $150 million operating budget.
In this capacity, Dr. McKee directed, coordinated, implemented, and completed high-impact business projects to meet all deliverables. She is highly skilled in securing and coordinating internal teams and external resources (i.e., consultants and contractors, technology business, restructuring, Green Six Sigma) to deliver projects on time, on budget, and according to plan.
