Jeff Curtis

Jeff Curtis is a highly respected residential and commercial real estate broker with more than 17 years experience in the industry and more than 30 years experience in sales and executive positions. Jeff is currently co-owner, Operating Principal, and broker of record at Keller Williams Downtown Los Angeles and broker of record at Keller Williams Hollywood Hills. In addition to his management and broker roles, Jeff enjoys a thriving sales business with his real estate partner, Selene Lum. Previously, Jeff has served as broker of record at Keller Williams Palos Verdes and Keller Williams Hollywood Hills.

With a superb track record in his sales transactions, and years of experience dealing with the complexities of other agents’ transactions as broker, Jeff has participated in the widest possible swath of real estate situations. Jeff has successfully helped hundreds of clients realize their real estate goals. Additionally, as broker, Jeff has helped guide the organizations with which he has been affiliated to achieve business success.  Jeff also received awards for his service over for six years as Director of New Agent Development at Keller Williams Pasadena; a role in which he prepared newly licensed agents for a career in real estate.

As an agent, Jeff has consistently performed among the top 5% of all Realtors nationwide, closing many types of transactions, including complex vacant land contracts for shopping center sites, large residential properties, and numerous office buildings and other commercial properties. Based on his extensive knowledge of Southern California and close association with developers, land use attorneys and government officials, Jeff successfully identifies lucrative development opportunities long before they become generally available to the public. 

Prior to becoming a Realtor, Jeff served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at several high technology companies, and was an officer in a publicly traded company. In these roles, Jeff completed numerous transactions with major telecommunications and Fortune 500 companies worldwide including firms based in China, numerous western European countries and the United States and Canada. These clients included Huawei, Federal Express, AT & T Wireless, Ericsson Radio Systems, Lucent, Samsung and many other similar companies.
