Luis Gomez brings more than two decades of real estate experience to his role at Majesto, specializing in acquisitions, development, and property repositioning. He works with nonprofit organizations, family offices, and private equity firms to identify opportunities, structure transactions, and create long-term value.

His experience includes ground-up residential development across Southern California and the acquisition, repositioning, and sale of single-family properties throughout Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, and Riverside Counties. By working closely with local contractors and suppliers, Luis takes a hands-on approach to managing costs, schedules, and project execution.

Luis connects property owners, nonprofit sponsors, and capital partners to move projects forward. His current work extends into multifamily and public-private partnership developments, including projects financed through C-PACE and tax-exempt bonds. Before focusing on real estate, he founded and sold a logistics company, gaining operational experience that continues to inform his development work.

Luis holds a degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
