William Beal brings several decades of experience in real estate development and finance, helping public, private, and nonprofit partners bring complex projects to life. His work spans affordable housing, residential and mixed-use communities, educational facilities, and commercial development.

As CEO and President of Redbridge Development Partners, William leads affordable housing development and recapitalization initiatives across Florida, California, and Oregon. He guides projects from site acquisition and financing through construction and completion, with a focus on aligning partners, securing capital, and establishing nonprofit ownership structures. He is also expanding the firm’s public-private partnership expertise into communications and telecommunications infrastructure.

William’s accomplishments include developing, funding, and delivering $70 million in facilities for Arizona’s first two public-private partnership K–12 school projects, both completed on time and on budget. He also secured entitlements and funding for a $60 million master-planned development in Globe, Arizona.

William holds an MBA from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio Graduate School of Business. His board service includes DARE America/International, The Salvation Army’s San Fernando Valley Corps, and Los Angeles Community Builders.
